Canada Origin Currency Adjustment Factor (OCA)

HDMU-946, Rule 10-01A

Trans-Pacific Service West Bound

Effective January 1, 2012


The quarterly Origin Currency Adjustment Factor in Canada shall be

7 % (seven percent)


(a decrease from 13%).




For Canada Origin Cargo Except as otherwise provided,
Rates and Charges are quoted in U.S. Currency and have
been determined with due consideration to the relationship
of U.S. Currency to Canadian Currency. In the event of any
material change in this relationship,Carriers reserve the right,
upon publication in conformity with applicable Local and National Laws,
as amended, to adjust the Rates and Charges as required,
to remove the adverse effect. The total amount of the Currency
Surcharge or Adjustment Factor shall be stated on each
Bill of Lading preceded by:.

"Currency Surcharge @ _______________"
(or Currency Adjustment Factor).

The Origin Currency Adjustment Factors applies to all
ocean base rates and related arbitraries/inlands..

All Destinations      7%.

NOTE 1: When any surcharges are included in the
base rate, the CAF will apply on the full base rate..
Subject to quarterly changes.
